Communication is excellent

I used Dave at Drive Green for the second time today. The first time was with my previous car for DPF diagnosis. Dave was very professional, completed the assessment and explained all of my options for repair in a clear but not patronising way. I was very impressed by his service. The car wasn't going to be a quick, cheap fix and rather than taking my money for DPF cleaning, he was very honest with me about the problem and what my options were. As a non mechanically minded lady, I find going to mechanics daunting as I've had bad experiences with other garages before. I felt I was in safe hands at Drive Green and was grateful that he was so honest with me.

I went to see Dave with my new car today after my exhaust had started to fall off. He fitted me in the same day even though he was busy so that I could have my car back for work. The exhaust needed to be replaced rather than repaired and he managed to get the parts in and got the car fixed for me within a few hours. His communication is excellent and he even shared photos with me so I could see the problem and how he had fixed it. I highly recommend Drive Green for a professional, friendly, honest and reasonable service.
